"CUB SCOUT POCKETS" is the theme for September. Scouts, what do you carry around in your pockets? A lucky coin or rock, trading cards, marbles, candy? You can bet that Cub Scouts usually have something interesting in their pockets.
Help celebrate all our hard-working people in America on Labor Day, September 7th. Make sure to fly the American flag proudly to acknowledge the day.
Join us at Lake Murray on Saturday, September 19th at 9 am as we participate in California Coastal Cleanup Day. We will meet at the boat dock. Come dressed in your Pack T-shirt if you have one, along with comfortable closed toe shoes, a hat, and your good attitude as we help clean up around the lake.
Our first Pack Meeting of the new school year will be Monday, September 28th, at 7 pm in the auditorium at Marvin Elementary. Many of our Scouts will get their pockets filled with awards that they have earned over the summer. We'll have an Ice Cream Social and quick parents' meeting at the end of the Pack Meeting.
